Gwenael Nicolas’s Curiosity

Philippe Starck seems to have been consumed by his own profession, but designer Gwenael Nicolas may have found something almost spiritual in being a designer. The building below is the designer’s office/residence in Tokyo designed by Nicolas’s design firm Curiosity Inc in collaboration with architect Tomoyuki Utsumi. and completed in 2005. It consists of 2034 square feet of space and houses 15 workers and two children.
