The Singleton House – Richard Neutra, Los Angeles 1959

20世紀中盤に活躍した建築家リチャード・ノイトラの作品としてカウフマン邸 (1946年) がよく知られているが、1959年に建てられ、現在はヴィダル・サスーンが所有するシングルトン邸が、昨年の値段から500万ドル値下げされ売りに出されている。
